Who: Anyone seeking a college degree or trade school certification

Background:

Anyone looking to attend college or trade school, and would like help completing the financial aid forms should come to the Financial Aid Completion Night on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Both the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and the New York State TAP (Tuition Assistance Program) Applications will be covered. The event is sponsored by Genesee Community College's Adult Educational Opportunity Center (AEOC) and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Allegany County. Together, trained professionals will be present to assist in completing the Financial Aid process for Fall of 2018 enrollment.

Registration is preferred. Call 585-813-7524 to register for a specific time. Walk-ins are also welcome.

Information to bring with you that is necessary to complete the application process includes:

2016 Taxes for student and parents (if student is under 24)

Student Federal ID's for student and parent (if completed)
