Michelle Piedmonte was recognized at the Discover the Stars Reception

Michelle Piedmonte of Geneseo was recognized for winning the Roz Steiner Scholarship at the Discover the Stars Reception on Monday, September 8th, 2014. Discover the Stars is an annual event that brings together GCC scholarship recipients and donors. Members of the College Board of Trustees, Foundation Board of Directors, and College administrators also attended.

Students and their families had the opportunity to meet with the College community as well as hear Alumni keynote speakers Jessica Stabell and Dan Ireland who reflected on their GCC experience. The speeches were followed by a short reception where scholarship donors met with the winners.
